3. Prescription Policy

PS Medicos operates in strict compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940. Therefore:

• Orders containing Schedule H or H1 drugs will only be processed and dispatched upon the presentation of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• Digital prescriptions (scans or photos) uploaded via our website or WhatsApp are subject to verification by our registered pharmacists.
• We reserve the right to refuse the fulfillment of any order if the prescription is deemed invalid, expired, or suspicious.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

While we strive to keep our inventory and pricing up to date, all products are subject to availability. Prices for our products, including our standard 16% discount on branded items and up to 50% discount on generic items, are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Order and Delivery

Our "10-15 Minute Home Delivery" service is available exclusively in Sarwal, Jammu, and surrounding serviceable areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or high order volumes. We hold the right to cancel orders if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable zones.
